Job Description
How you’ll make moves
- Inspire your team:Set the energy from the first huddle to close. You’ll run daily game plans that give your team purpose, focus, and a reason to show up as their best.
- Develop people for real:Coach in the moment, run regular feedback and development sessions for your team, and build growth plans that turn Educators into Store Leaders. Your success is measured by who you grow.
- Generate culture:Make our values something your team lives, not a poster on the wall. Celebrate the wins, call out what matters, and build a team that backs each other.
- Be in the real conversation:Give feedback that’s honest, kind, and timely, and ask for it in return. Tough conversations don’t scare you, because you know they’re how everyone gets better.
- Own it:When something isn’t working, you don’t wait for someone else to fix it. You take ownership, find the solution, and bring the team with you.
- Deliver operational excellence:Run a premium floor, sharp visual merchandising, and an organised, accountable back-of-house. Build smart rosters that match trade and hit your wage targets.
- Know your numbers:Track daily KPIs, read your P&L, and use the data to coach your team. Performance should come from the team’s growth, not in spite of it.
- Create a Community:Take LSKD beyond the four walls through local activations, sweat sessions, and real relationships with your local fitness community.
