This role would see you working as a Part Time Sales Consultant at our Mackay facility Saturdays 0800-1200. The role also requires availability to work additional hours in a relief capacity to cover sick leave and planned annual leave. The relief role would entail availability to work full days Monday to Friday 0830-1700 when required. Relief coverage must be available on an as-needed basis to provide flexible support for operational requirements.
The role is heavily focused on customer service and is sales based, it is a rewarding way to help clients by providing storage solutions.
Job tasks and responsibilities
This role is an exciting and rewarding role that will enable you to interact with customers and gain satisfaction from providing outstanding customer service and providing solutions to them in their time of need. The role is focused on finding a unique storage solution for clients, via phone, email and face to face. The role does not involve any cold calls at all.
Skills and experience

- Sales experience and the enthusiasm to constantly update your knowledge.
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience is required.
- Any type of sales experience will be considered for this position.
- Attention to detail and pride in your appearance as well as your workplace.
- Competent with Microsoft 365 suite including Sharepoint.
- Basic user level experience with Microsoft SharePoint is required.
- Ability to upload and download files in Microsoft SharePoint is essential.
- Australian work rights are required for this position.
