Lower East by RÜH is seeking baristas who bring more than just great coffee. We're building a brand and business model that rewards people, develops leaders and creates real opportunity in hospitality.
You must be able to work within our system, bring leadership and personality, push performance, and contribute beyond coffee to service, sales, operations, and people. If you want to clock in and clock out, this isn't for you.
