Retail Assistant Store Manager to join the team at Lorna Jane Birkenhead Point.

- What You’ll Do
- Support the Store Leader in driving sales and KPI results by leading from the floor and delivering exceptional, customer‑first experiences.
- Coach, motivate and develop the team through regular feedback, on the job training and role modelling Lorna Jane service standards.
- Maintain high operational standards by supporting stock management, VM execution and daily store routines.
- Live and breathe the Lorna Jane brand, inspiring the team and customers through Active Living advocacy both in store and within the local community.
