We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful delivery of an exciting new luxury residential development on the Gold Coast, with early works set to commence late 2026. In this role, you will take overall responsibility for the planning, coordination and delivery of the project, overseeing all aspects of construction from commencement through to completion.
Working closely with the site and commercial teams, you will drive project performance across programme, budget, quality, safety and stakeholder management, ensuring the development is delivered to the highest standards. You will play a key role in managing project risks, coordinating subcontractors and consultants, maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring all project milestones and contractual obligations are achieved.
This opportunity will suit an experienced and driven Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering high-value residential or luxury apartment developments. You will be a proactive leader with strong technical and commercial acumen, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead and motivate project teams to achieve outstanding results. Experience delivering complex, high-end residential projects with premium finishes and exacting quality standards will be highly regarded.
