About the role
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at our Redcliffe QLD 4020 location. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, maintaining our store appearance, and supporting the smooth operation of our retail outlet. What you'll be doing
- Greeting customers warmly and providing assistance to help them find products that meet their needs
- Processing transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handling cash, card, and other payment methods
- Maintaining an organised, clean, and visually appealing store environment, including stocking shelves and rotating merchandise
- Providing product information and recommendations to customers to enhance their shopping experience
- Assisting with inventory management, including counting stock and identifying items that need reordering
- Supporting promotional activities and ensuring displays are set up and maintained according to company standards
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally and courteously
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient store operations and a positive workplace atmosphere
What we're looking for
