Client Partner | Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)Sydney, NSW (Hybrid: 3 days in office)

Are you a strategic relationship builder with deep experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector?

We are seeking a senior Client Partner to manage and grow relationships with some of Australia's largest consumer brands.

This is a highly consultative, commercial role where you'll work closely with senior marketing leaders and agency partners to develop long-term growth strategies and drive business outcomes.

This is not a hands-on campaign management or activation role.

Instead, we're looking for someone who excels at stakeholder management, commercial partnerships, strategic thinking and influencing senior decision-makers.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Build and manage relationships with senior marketing and media decision-makers across a portfolio of leading CPG brands.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients solve business challenges and identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop strategic account plans aligned to client objectives and commercial priorities.
  • Lead commercial conversations and drive revenue growth across key accounts.
  • Partner closely with agency stakeholders to strengthen and expand existing relationships.
  • Deliver strategic recommendations using market insights, consumer trends and campaign performance data.
  • Present to senior client stakeholders and influence marketing investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client outcomes and execution.
  • Identify new opportunities to grow client investment and expand partnerships.
  • Must-Have Experience
  • 10+ years' experience in media, advertising, marketing, technology or client partnerships.
  • Strong Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience is essential.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with senior marketing leaders and agency partners.
  • Experience managing large, strategic client accounts.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving growth and revenue outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

What's On Offer?

  • Work with some of Australia's most recognised consumer brands
  • Strategic, relationship-driven role with senior stakeholder exposure
  • Highly collaborative and fast-paced environment
  • Hybrid working model (Sydney office Tuesday-Thursday)
  • Flexible day rate based on experience
  • Opportunity to influence major marketing and commercial decisions

If you have a strong CPG background and enjoy building strategic partnerships rather than managing campaigns day-to-day, we'd love to hear from you.
