We're seeking an experienced Project Manager with as many years of CCaaS, CX and EX experience as you can get. Ideally you'll have successfully managed numerous AWS Connect solutions over your time and have a general understanding of all CCaaS solutions as well as CX and EX – such as Zendesk, SF etc.
