Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support the legal aspects of large-scale construction and infrastructure projects from inception through to delivery.
  • Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of construction, project and commercial agreements.
  • Provide commercially focused legal advice to project teams and business stakeholders.
  • Advise on contract risk, procurement and project-related issues.

To join us, you will:

  • Have between 4-10 years relevant PQE in construction, projects or infrastructure law.
  • Bring strong front-end construction experience, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction and project agreements.
  • Be confident providing commercially pragmatic legal advice to a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across the business.
