You don't need a university degree, corporate background, or experience in finance. We are looking for someone with a positive "head down, bum up" work ethic, a friendly phone voice, and a desire to learn. If you bring the drive and passion, we will teach you every aspect of the industry from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with warm client inquiries over the phone to book and confirm initial consultation meetings
Support senior financial advisors with calendar scheduling and client appointment preparations
Assist with basic office administration, data entry, and updating client files in our CRM system
Welcome visiting clients warmly and build instant rapport as the first point of contact
Work closely with the broader operations team, absorbing knowledge to step into higher-level roles over time
Skills & Experience
High energy, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to land a long-term corporate career
A confident, polite, and articulate phone manner
A proactive "can-do" attitude—someone who takes pride in doing the simple things well
Basic digital literacy (comfortable using computers, emails, and learning software)
