Senior Property Manager
Looking for an experienced professional ready to take ownership of a residential portfolio and lead from the front.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties
- Coordinating inspections, maintenance, and repairs
- Handling tenant and landlord communication
- Negotiating lease renewals and rent reviews
- Ensuring compliance with NSW tenancy legislation
- Mentoring and supporting the Property Management team and assistants
- Delivering exceptional service and maximising landlord returns
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential property management
- Strong knowledge of tenancy legislation and compliance
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Leadership and mentoring capability
- High level organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in property management software
