The agent sells the home. You run the campaign.
Every sale we run takes more than 200 steps, from the listing agreement to the keys on settlement day. Contracts, compliance checks, portals, print, trust money, solicitors, signboards. When those steps happen on time and in the right order, the vendor feels looked after and the agent is free to sell. When a step gets missed, everyone notices.
We're looking for the person who makes sure no step gets missed.
What you'll do
You'll run every sales campaign behind the scenes, from listing to settlement. Our step-by-step process is built into the CRM. Our support team does most of the data entry, and your job is to make sure it's done right. Your week will include:
Running every listing through our compliance gates. Nothing goes to market without a checked contract, the right documents and approved marketing.
Owning AML/CTF client identification and checks, and keeping our records audit-ready
Checking the details work in our CRM (owners, fees, advertising, contract checks), fixing anything wrong and giving feedback the same day.
Chasing solicitors, suppliers and agents so every campaign launches on time.
Looking after the office side of each sale: files, keys, stockboard, signboards and print.
Running the weekly Campaign Management meeting with each agent.
Working with Accounts so trust money and settlements are checked, verified and on time.
You’ll be great at this if you:
Can't help putting things in order. Checklists, systems and a tidy file make you happy.
Spot the error everyone else missed, and fix the process so it doesn't happen again.
Stay calm and polite when you're chasing three people before 10am.
Will speak up when something isn't right, even to a senior agent.
Care about doing things properly, especially where the law or client money is involved.
A real estate background helps, but you don't need one. Strong candidates often come from conveyancing, legal, finance, compliance, events or project coordination. We'll teach you real estate and the CRM. The thing we can't teach is how organised you are.
A clear, documented process. You won't be guessing, and you'll help shape how we improve it.
A remote team member to take the routine work, so your time goes on checking, coordinating and improving.
