The position available is for an experienced property manager.

You will be well supported, trained and we will help you progress within the company.
You will be enrolled in all the highly regarded LJ Hooker training courses, graduate with a nationally recognised Certificate IV in Property Services and you will be working towards a career as an agent in your own right.
The role requires successful candidates to be driven, highly self-motivated and possess a track record of customer service in past roles.
You will need to be well organised and love working with people.
The ideal candidate will
Take pride in outstanding communication with all clients.
Work independently but also as a team.
Consistently prove reliable and self-motivated towards growth in the industry.
Conduct themselves in a professional and approachable manner at all times.
Hold a real estate certificate of registration or license in ACT.
Have at least 12 months experience with running a portfolio.
