Permanent Registered Nurse/RN opportunity for a Registered Nurse who is available to work across morning (6:15am - 2:45pm), afternoon (2:30pm - 10:30pm) & night duty (10pm - 6:30am) at Capricorn Aged Care Facility.
Remuneration: $45.59 - $57.06 p/hr permanent base rate (based upon experience) + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances.
About the role: As a Registered Nurse, provide person-centred care to your residents, ensuring a safe environment within the facility and applying your clinical skills to improving their quality of life through activities that include:
- Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope
- Consider physical, social and psychological requirements
- Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs
- Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met
- Work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members
Role requirements:
- Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
- Confidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously
- General nursing experience, post-registration
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
- Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements
- Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
