Temporary Registrar/PHO in Charge – Emergency Medicine Northern NSW, NSW Temporary. Rate: AUD 300 per hour.
A Northern NSW hospital requires Registrar/PHO in Charge in Emergency Medicine for the following date(s):
- From 26/07/2026 22:30 to 02/08/2026 08:30 at $300 per hour
- From 02/08/2026 22:30 to 09/08/2026 08:30 at $300 per hour
- From 09/08/2026 22:30 to 16/08/2026 08:30 at $300 per hour
- From 16/08/2026 22:30 to 23/08/2026 08:30 at $300 per hour
- From 23/08/2026 22:30 to 30/08/2026 08:30 at $300 per hour
- From 30/08/2026 22:30 to 07/09/2026 08:30 at $300 per hour
This Hospital is a major trauma referral centre with 20 Emergency beds. Staffing levels for each shift time:
- 7 staff on 0800-1830 & 1300-2300 / 1 night in-charge Registrar 22:30-08:30 7 days a week
- 2 staff (SRMO & RMO) on 22:30-08:30 7 days a week
Specialists on each day shift and evening shift work 10hr shifts. There is always a Specialist on-call overnight and will come into ED overnight if any issues or traumas come into the department.
