Orthopaedic Scrub Scout Nurse
Skilled Nursing is currently assisting a client to source experienced Orthopaedic Scrub Scout Registered Nurses to join a theatre team in a fast‐paced and supportive clinical environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for passionate theatre nurses who are committed to delivering high‐quality patient care and thrive within a dynamic perioperative setting.
You will play a key role in planning, coordinating and evaluating patient care while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across a variety of orthopaedic procedures.

Key Requirements
- current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 2 years recent experience as a Scrub Scout Nurse
- Exposure to MAKO robotic‐assisted surgery will be highly regarded
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster and varying shift times
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification
- Strong communication skills with a proactive and team‐focused approach
