A Northern NSW hospital requires Registrar/PHO in Surgery for the following date(s):
- From 14/06/2026 07:00 to 19/06/2026 15:30 at $180 per hour
- From 21/06/2026 07:00 to 26/06/2026 15:30 at $180 per hour
- From 27/09/2026 07:00 to 02/10/2026 15:30 at $180 per hour
- From 04/10/2026 07:00 to 09/10/2026 15:30 at $180 per hour
- From 11/10/2026 07:00 to 11/10/2026 15:30 at $180 per hour
The rate is $180.00/hour. Shift times are 1500-2300 with no on-call. Travel and accommodation provided.
Staffing levels for each shift time: 4 FTE Registrars, 5 FTE JMOs. TRRH only has VMO General Surgeons who attend daily to the hospital for rounds and theatres. Surgeons share on-call; registrars share the on-call and weekends. ED and theatres will ring the registrar after hours in the first instance to review patients in ED or prepare patients for emergency operations. The registrar will need to contact the surgeon on-call when they have assessed the patient.
