An North Western VIC hospital requires a Specialist in Geriatric Medicine/Gerontology from 13/07/2026 to 17/07/2026.
- Dates: Mon 13 Jul 2026 to Fri 17 Jul 2026
- Hours: 0800-1600
- Medical On Call for patients aged 16 years and over
- In charge of a 14 bed sub-acute unit with HMO support from 0700-1600 Monday-Friday
- Referrals for acute medicine from external hospitals go directly to the Consultant Geriatrician during office hours
- Includes 1 x General Medicine On Call shift for 16 years+ patients – for admissions
- Acute Ward has 2 x HMOs on a morning shift and 1 x HMO on the afternoon
