You'll be responsible for helping maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our retreat, ensuring our guest areas and facilities are cared for to a high standard. About you
- Previous professional or commercial cleaning experience
- Dependable, punctual and takes work commitments seriously
- Excellent attention to detail and takes pride in producing quality work
- Organised, self-motivated and confident working independently
- Uses initiative and can manage time without constant supervision
- Communicates well and maintains a friendly, respectful and professional approach with guests and staff
- Leads by example and contributes positively to team standards and culture
- Previous experience in a senior cleaning or team-leading role would be an advantage
