Contracts and Sales Coordinator

Living Gems is one of Australia’s most respected developers of lifestyle resorts for over-50s and we’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Contracts and Sales Coordinator to join our growing team!

This is a hands-on coordination role where you'll sit at the heart of our Sales team to help ensure contracts, documentation and key processes move smoothly from sale through to construction. What you'll do:

• Coordinate all residential construction contract documentation.
• Review contracts and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance and completeness.
• Liaise with internal teams to support smooth execution and documentation flow.
• Maintain accurate and up to date contract records, systems and documentation.
• Help shape best practice in contract management across the team.
• Stay informed on changes to legislation, particularly around manufactured homes.

What You’ll Bring:

• Degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies or related field.
• A good grasp of contract law, particularly in residential construction and/or manufactured homes.
• Confidence navigating construction documentation.
• Super-organised, detail-obsessed, and a natural communicator.
• Comfortable juggling tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy with solid Microsoft Office skills (bonus points for CRM and doc management tools).
