About the Role
As a Mortgage Broker with Livi Lending, you'll operate your own broking business while benefiting from the support, systems, referral networks and industry reputation of an established organisation.
You'll play a key role in guiding customers through their home finance journey while working closely with internal stakeholders, including New Home Consultants, to deliver seamless and empowering customer experiences.
You will:
- Provide expert advice on lending products, refinancing and tailored financial solutions
- Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare and submit compliant, accurate loan applications
- Work closely with lenders and customers throughout the entire loan process
- Engage in lead generation, supported by company-driven and internal referral streams
- Leverage our digital tools, CRM and marketing support to build your personal brand
- Represent Livi Lending professionally in the market and within Burbank Group networks
- Proactively build and maintain referral relationships to grow your client base
- This role suits someone with strong relationship-building ability, commercial acumen and a genuine passion for helping customers make confident financial decisions.
What You'll Bring
- Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (mandatory)
- At least 2 years' experience in mortgage broking or lending
- Strong credit, product and lending process knowledge
- High-level customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients with accuracy and urgency
- Proven ability to build and maintain referral relationships
- A self-motivated approach with strong business development skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to grow your own client portfolio
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer outcomes
