Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Configuration Analyst to join the system support team supporting Liverpool Women's Hospital. The role requires strong NHS knowledge, analytical thinking, a methodical approach and excellent customer service to troubleshoot and configure the EPR system.
You will work with stakeholders to develop, configure and enhance clinical workflows, provide a help desk service, monitor 1st/2nd line calls and ensure incidents are logged.
