You will advise on complex, sensitive healthcare issues and lead a Healthcare Legal Services team to deliver proactive, high-performing legal support across the Trusts.
You will manage highly complex clinical negligence matters, inquests, and risk across mental health, capacity and discharge issues, while maintaining strong relationships with clinicians.
