Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles (labourers, operators, trades).
Screen candidates, verify tickets/licences, and complete reference checks.
Build and maintain a strong pool of work-ready candidates.
Coordinate interviews, onboarding, site requirements & mobilisation.
Maintain client relationships across mining, civil, and construction.
Identify new opportunities.
Conduct site visits and regular client check-ins.
Support a strong safety culture across all operations.
Conduct occasional client visits and maintain strong relationships.
Coordinate candidate start-ups and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
