Cobbold Gorge Tours is looking for an experienced cook to join our team to assist with providing the true "Outback Experience" for our guests.
- Assisting our chef with the preparation, cooking and serving of meals
- Prepare and cook modern Australian cuisine
- Monitor quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
- Delegate tasks to kitchen staff
- Train under a chef and learn to prepare meals and prepare without assistance

About the Candidate:
- 2+ years' experience in a similar role
- High standard of hygiene & cleanliness
- Calm and happy disposition is essential
- Previous experience working in a remote/regional location desirable
- Strong understanding of food, health and safety practices
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time efficiently
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Food Handlers and RSA certificate required
