Genesis Christian College on Brisbane's northside seeks a Director of Care & Conduct for the Senior School (Years 10–12). This permanent, full-time role includes a teaching load and works with the Head of Senior School to drive student wellbeing, character and culture aligned to the College's Christian ethos.
The successful candidate will support Care & Conduct Leaders, contribute to strategic planning, and ensure strong pastoral care across the Senior School, in a thriving Christian community
