Genesis Dance and Drama Academy is seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to act as the organisational heart of the Academy, reporting to the Creative Director. You will oversee day-to-day operations, finance, enrolments and communications to support teachers and hundreds of young performers.
Based on Genesis Christian College campus, this 4-day-per-week role demands strong leadership, process improvement and stakeholder management within a Christian community.
