Your Role:

As an Educator at Little Sunshine ELC, you will:

• Create and deliver engaging, age‐appropriate learning experiences
• Support the emotional and developmental needs of all children
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment
• Work collaboratively with the team to implement our educational program aligned with the EYLF and NQS

What You'll Need:

• A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
• A current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
• Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS frameworks
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can‐do attitude
