Little Seedlings Early Learning is growing and seeking a passionate ECT (flexible days and hours - 6 hour days) to join our dynamic team of educators.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Strong child-safe experience and knowledge.
- Sound knowledge of the NQF and EYLF
- The ability to develop positive relationships with children, families, and staff
- Can work effectively in a team and have excellent communication skills
- A strong passion for the Early Childhood industry
- Experienced in programming, planning, creating learning experiences, and organisation
- Creates a warm and inviting environment for children and families
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education
- Current NSW Working with Children Check
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificate is a plus, however not necessary
