Little Scholars School of Early Learning is a home from home, family orientated, early education campus with a focus on creating a successful future for all our children, educators and families. Situated in the heart of Ashmore, we have a beautiful and well-resourced environment that cares for children from 6 weeks to 6 years.
Role Requirements
- A Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
- A current and valid Working with Children Check
- A Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Experience with the NQF, NQS, EYLF & the QKLG
- An ability to interpret curriculum documents
- Effective oral and written communication skills
Key Role Responsibilities
- Assist the Campus Manager when needed and support/lead your team when required.
- Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.
- Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
- Oversee and role model the delivery of a high-quality, inclusive, educational program.
- Participate in professional and personal development.
- Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the Vision, Mission and Values.
