Join the passionate team at Little Lion Coffee and CUB at the Perth Children's Hospital in Nedlands as a Barista/All Rounder. We are dedicated in delivering specialty coffee and homemade healthy food
What you'll be doing
- Preparing a range of specialty coffees, and cold beverages
- Operating on a Slayer Coffee Machine, Mahlkonig Grinder/EK43S, and MoccaMaster
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked area
- Assisting with other café duties as required, such as POS and front of house duties
- Actively contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and a passion for creating delicious beverages. (2 years)
- Good latte art skills preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide warm customer service
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A 'can do' attitude and team player
