Little + Co Early Learning is seeking an early childhood educator to work with our experienced and stable team. We would love to speak with applicants who enjoy roles working with children between the ages of 1.5 - 3 years of age.
The role is full-time, and applicants must be available 7am - 6pm Monday to Friday without limitations during those hours. We are also welcoming expressions of interest from those interested in a traineeship, including those interested in changing careers.
Our studios run above ratio. Our service is a small independent family-owned service, rated exceeding. We are proud of our professional and stable environment, where children and our team are prioritised. This service is a child safe organisation and we strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. We support and emphasise the rights and the best interests of the child as paramount.

The successful applicant will work with their co-educators in providing outstanding education and care to the children in our service.
Your skills and qualifications should include:
- A Certificate III, Diploma or willingness to work towards a qualification
- A passion for working with children
- A commitment to child safety, to respecting and valuing children, to using culturally safe practices and to understand or be willing to learn about and support children's development needs
- The desire to work harmoniously as part of a collaborative team
- A friendly, positive and energetic disposition
- A current Working with Children Check
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer and technology skills
- An interest and willingness to participate in excursions (these are run frequently on foot from our service to a variety of local community facilities)
