Apollo Bay Fishermen's Co-operative, affectionately known as The Freezer, is a long-standing community fishery on the Great Ocean Road. It is entering a significant redevelopment phase and seeks a commercially minded General Manager / CEO to lead day-to-day operations and steer strategy.
Based in Apollo Bay, you will manage budgets, drive performance across seafood retail and visitor services, and build a high-performing team while engaging with the Board, members and wider community to realise.
