We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Associate to cover a maternity leave role. The position will report to the Quality Assurance Manager
The Role:
Work closely with Production to ensure compliance to our Quality Management System
Verification and sign off of batch documentation
Emphasis on Quality compliance and continuous process improvement
Reviewing and maintaining QMS documentation including SOPs
Investigate/follow-up customer enquiriesand complaints
Assist in Change Control, Deviations, CAPA and Risk Assessments
Knowledge and working understanding of GMP environment as applied in a complementary medicine setting
Perform additional duties as required
About You:
Minimum 1 years’ Quality Assurance experience in the pharmaceutical industry with GMP as the key focus
Excellent oral and written communication skills
High attention to detail including being able to multi-task within a fast paced environment
Demonstrated ability to build strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders in all areas of the organisation
A positive ‘can do’ attitude with a genuine enthusiasm to see people and the business succeed
