We're looking for Experienced Packaging Operators to join our Packaging Production Team on a Permanent Full-Time basis. We're heading into a busy production period and need hands-on operators who can hit the ground running, bring solid packaging experience, and help us keep producing the beers we're proud of.
Shift Pattern: This role operates on a rotating shift:
- Week 1: Day Shift | 6:00am - 2:00pm
- Week 2: Afternoon Shift | 2:00pm - 10:00pm

What we're looking for: This time around, we're specifically looking for people with previous experience operating packaging or production equipment, ideally within a brewery, beverage or FMCG manufacturing environment.
To be successful, you'll bring:
- Hands-on experience in packaging operations within a manufacturing or production environment - essential.
- Experience operating, monitoring and troubleshooting packaging machinery.
- A good understanding of production processes, quality standards and safe working practices.
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment and responding to production challenges.
- A proactive, reliable attitude with a strong focus on teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Flexibility to work our rotating day and afternoon shifts.
- Experience in beverage packaging, bottling, canning or similar automated production lines will be highly regarded.
