Lion is seeking a Brewing & Beverage Shift Lead to manage and mentor a six-person team at The Pride, combining brewing knowledge with strong people leadership to deliver safe, reliable production. You’ll solve technical issues, coach team members, and drive improvements across safety, quality, and cost targets.
This role operates on a two-week rotating shift pattern (2pm–10pm and 10pm–6am) with a shift allowance, and involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams and SAP data entry.
