You will
Lead and develop the air freight customer service team
Work with the Sales team to keep customers happy, retained and reactivated
Keep quotes for existing business accurate and in line with pricing strategy
Make sure shipments are qualified and handed over cleanly to operations
Dig into complaints, find the root cause and fix it for good
Work with Finance to keep credit, costs and compliance on track
You have
Air freight forwarding experience, with a solid grasp of processes and regulations
Experience leading or developing a team
