Contract Administrator – Class 2 Apartments
We're partnering with a highly regarded developer-builder to appoint an experienced Contract Administrator to join their growing team delivering 300+ units apartment development project in Pemulwuy, NSW.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, issue, and manage subcontract agreements and procurement packages
- Assess and process subcontractor progress claims and variations
- Monitor project costs, forecasting, and budget tracking
- Assist with tendering, procurement, and scope reviews
- Manage RFIs, documentation, and contract administration processes
- Liaise with project managers, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors
- Assist with project reporting and financial administration
- Support delivery teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator within the residential construction sector
- Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, and cost management
- Ability to interpret drawings and construction documentation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work within a fast-paced, high-end construction environment
