We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to support the ongoing operation and ensure that regulatory obligations are met. You will be responsible for maintaining the AFSL compliance framework by:
- Monitoring all distributor arrangements
- Coordinating complaints, breaches and reportable situations
- Maintaining compliance policies and registers
- Supporting training and CPD programs
- Assisting with regulatory change implementation
- Contributing to audit and assurance activities
