Link Wentworth is seeking a Community Impact & Partnerships Specialist to join the Community Programs and Partnerships team across service locations in NSW, with travel required. The role focuses on building partnerships, improving service pathways, supporting sector advocacy and driving initiatives to help people experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity.
You will work with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance collaboration, service improvement and community impact.
