The role focuses on shaping safety culture, risk management and incident investigations, with a FIFO 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off roster from Perth (8/6 roster also discussed).
You will partner with leaders and customers to implement site plans, embed risk-based approaches and lead safety workshops, reporting on trends and outcomes to senior teams.
