What does the job look like?
Linfox is currently seeking 6 dedicated MC truck drivers with B-double & B-triple experience for our changeover/linehaul positions based in Chullora NSW. As part of these roles, you will be working Monday to Friday departing in the evenings between 8 pm and 11 pm. These positions will be towing pre-loaded trailers to Tarcutta and may be required to drive direct to Melbourne as needed. - Driving to the commitment of Linfox Safety Standards at all times
- Ensuring that Vision Zero is a daily focus
- Complying with the Linfox coupling & uncoupling procedures
- Daily prestart checks and ensure loads are restrained appropriately
- Fatigue management in line with BFM guidelines
- Strong understanding of Chain of Responsibility principles and extensive knowledge of road transport legislation
Are you the one?
- Changeover/ Linehaul driving experience essential
- Ability to manage fatigue – BFM required or willing to obtain
- Knowledge of major Australian cities and/or interstate road networks
- Strong work ethic, customer service and communication skills
