Linea Talent Group in Sydney is seeking a Senior Strata Manager to lead a portfolio of approximately 12 larger buildings, focusing on quality client service and reducing the workload of high-volume portfolios. The role offers two days of remote work weekly and a rostered day off each month from a Rockdale-based office.
You will build strong relationships with owners and strata committees, coordinate committee meetings and AGMs, and manage budgets, maintenance, and compliance with NSW strata.
