About the Opportunity You will be responsible for coordinating warranty claims, managing building defects and overseeing maintenance and rectification works to ensure all matters are resolved efficiently and professionally.
Working closely with builders, contractors, internal teams and homeowners, you will play an important role in maintaining quality standards and ensuring a smooth warranty process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage residential construction warranty claims, defects and maintenance requests.
- Coordinate contractors and trades to complete rectification works.
- Monitor defect tracking, reporting and job close-outs.
- Utilise Visibuild or similar systems to manage tickets and maintenance workflows.
- Ensure warranty works are completed within agreed timeframes.
- Maintain strong relationships with homeowners, contractors and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee operational processes and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Support team performance and drive accountability across warranty operations.
