About the role
- Supporting or independently managing a strata portfolio.
- Building strong relationships with committees, owners and service providers.
- Preparing agendas, minutes and correspondence.
- Coordinating and attending committee meetings and AGMs.
- Assisting with budgets, levies and financial reporting.
- Coordinating insurance, maintenance and repairs.
- Helping clients understand their responsibilities and legislative requirements.

You’ll bring portfolio management experience, sound industry knowledge and confidence working with owners and committees.
