The Opportunity
Linea Talent is partnering with an established commercial real estate agency to recruit a Commercial Property Manager. This opportunity suits a commercially minded property professional who enjoys building lasting relationships, keeping a portfolio running smoothly and helping owners get the most from their investments.
The Role
- Managing the day-to-day operations of a commercial property portfolio.
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
- Administering leases, monitoring key dates and coordinating rent reviews and renewals.
- Managing arrears, outgoings reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Coordinating inspections, repairs, maintenance and compliance requirements.
- Preparing budgets and keeping owners informed about property performance.
- Working with leasing colleagues on vacancies and tenant requirements.
- Maintaining accurate property records and documentation.
About You
- Previous commercial property management experience.
- A sound understanding of commercial leases and property administration.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Confidence working with budgets, financial reports and competing deadlines.
- A current Queensland real estate registration or licence appropriate to the role.
- A current driver’s licence.
