As our Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in guiding and mentoring our Chocolate Ambassadors by:
- Supporting an energetic team to create meaningful relationships with customers by providing a unique chocolate experience.
- Delegating, coaching and leading employees on their daily operations, service and collaboration.
- Assisting with roster and budget management.
- Leading from the front with passion and expertise with customers on product knowledge and preparation.
- Deploying visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes.
- Assisting in developing and leading the team to future successes.
What we would like you to bring:
- Demonstrated previous customer service experience in a QSR, retail or hospitality environment where you have managed your tasks with clear communication, enthusiasm and passion.
- Previous Barista experience desirable.
- An ability to grow your local community and drive return sales and loyalty.
- Strong time management skills, ability to work effectively and independently with deadlines.
- Strong rapport building abilities to assist to lead and coach a team of Chocolate Ambassadors.
