Based in Townsville, you will process incoming and outgoing rail freight, prepare manifests, and maintain shipment records to support safe, efficient operations.
You will liaise with train crews, terminal staff and customers, respond to enquiries, resolve discrepancies, and assist with daily administrative tasks while ensuring compliance
