What You'll Bring:
- Experience in transport allocation, scheduling, dispatch or a similar operations role
- An understanding of fatigue management, mass limits and Chain of Responsibility requirements
- Strong planning and problem-solving skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to change
- Clear communication skills and the confidence to work with a diverse workforce
- A logical, organised approach and the ability to take ownership of your work
- Flexibility to work the required nightshift roster, including weekends
