Lindores Personnel is seeking experienced Dogman & Plant Operators for casual positions in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast, Queensland. These roles offer the opportunity to work on various construction sites. All positions have the potential to be ongoing for the right candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Operate plant and equipment on construction sites
- Conduct lift plans and load calculations
- Maintain safe work procedures and practices

About you
- Relevant tickets/licences for operations
- Minimum 2 years' proven experience
- Previous experience on construction or civil sites
- Construction White Card
- Strong knowledge of lift plans, load calculations, and safe work procedures
- Strong understanding of safe lifting/operating practices
- Reliable, punctual, and safety focused
- Reliable transport
- Right to work in Australia
- Availability to start immediately
- Can do attitude with ability to work in a team environment
- Additional licences such as Forklift, Hoist, EWP and TC are desirable but not a must
